Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following data:
- Data provided in the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit and pages visited.
- Analytics data collected by Google Analytics (anonymous visit statistics).
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Answering enquiries sent through the contact form.
- Keeping statistics of visits to the site (Google Analytics) – based on the controller's legitimate interest.
- Ensuring the correct operation and security of the site.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).
5. Data retention period
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and afterwards for the period required by law.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be transferred to entities processing data on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to provide the services. The main recipients are:
- Google LLC – in connection with the Google Analytics service (analytics data, transferred outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses),
- Telegram Messenger LLP – in connection with sending messages from the contact form (contact data, transferred outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses),
- Hosting service providers – in connection with storing the site's data.

- The right to rectify your data,
- The right to erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”),
- The right to restrict processing,
- The right to data portability,
- The right to object,
- The right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),
- The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
8. Cookie policy
The site uses cookies in order to ensure that it works correctly and for analytical purposes.
8.1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device while using the site. They are used to store information about the user's preferences and activity.
8.2. Types of cookies
- Necessary cookies – required for the site to work correctly. They cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies – allow us to analyse how the site is used (e.g. Google Analytics). They are enabled only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies – used to display personalised ads and to measure their effectiveness. They are enabled only with your consent.
8.3. Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics – an analytics tool provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as the number of visits, the time spent on the page or traffic sources.

Google LLC is based in the United States, and therefore outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The transfer of data to Google takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses). Data collected by Google Analytics is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official browser add-on available on Google's website.
8.4. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies using your browser settings. There you can block or limit the storing of cookies, as well as delete files that have already been saved. Please remember that disabling cookies may affect how some features of the site work.
8.5. Contact form – sending messages via Telegram
Messages sent through the contact form (full name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message) are transmitted to the controller via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Bot API). The messages arrive in the controller's private chat and are used only to answer the enquiry.
Telegram is a service provided by Telegram Messenger LLP, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The transfer of data to Telegram takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses) and – to the extent required – on the basis of your consent given when sending the form.
The legal basis for processing data in this respect is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest consisting in handling enquiries submitted by users).
Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary in order to answer your enquiry. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to exercise the rights described in point 7 of this policy.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data we process and to protect it against unauthorised access.
10. Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. The current version of the policy will always be available on this page.
